We hire exceptional people who are driven by intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve clients. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet.
At Elmont Wealth, we operate as a true partnership. Senior leaders work alongside junior analysts. Every team member has direct exposure to client portfolios and investment decisions. We invest in our people the same way we invest for our clients — with patience, discipline, and a long-term view.
We have no tolerance for politics or hierarchy for its own sake. We do have high standards, a commitment to continuous learning, and a genuine belief that the best ideas can come from anyone in the room.
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your family from day one.
Up to 4% employer match with immediate vesting. Discretionary annual profit-sharing contribution.
CFA, CAIA, and CFP exam support including paid study time, materials, and exam fees.
22 days PTO plus 11 holidays. Sabbatical programme available after 7 years of service.
Flexible hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office. Remote work available for select roles.
All employees participate in firm profit sharing, aligning our interests with each other and our clients.
We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our equity investment team. The successful candidate will manage a portion of our U.S. and global equity AUM, contribute to investment committee discussions, and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements:
Supporting our Head of Fixed Income, you will conduct credit research, analyse bond markets, and contribute to portfolio positioning across our fixed income strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of high-net-worth clients. You will manage relationships, coordinate portfolio reviews, and work closely with our investment team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Support our Head of Alternatives in sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring private equity, hedge fund, and real asset investments. Prepare investment committee materials and assist in due diligence.
Manage and enhance our compliance programme as a registered investment adviser. Responsibilities include regulatory filings, annual review, policy management, and serving as the point of contact for SEC examinations.
