Our Commitment

Elmont Wealth is committed to ensuring our website and client portal are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continually work to improve the user experience for everyone.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we have taken the following measures:

Include accessibility as part of our design and development process
Provide sufficient colour contrast ratios across all text and UI elements
Ensure all interactive elements are keyboard navigable
Use semantic HTML with appropriate ARIA labels and roles
Provide text alternatives for all non-text content
Ensure forms are labelled clearly and errors are described in text
Support screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second
Maintain a logical, consistent navigation structure throughout

Current Status

We believe our website substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We conduct periodic accessibility audits and address issues as they are identified. Some third-party content embedded on our site (such as market data feeds) may not fully meet these standards, and we are working with our vendors to address these gaps.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

Some PDF documents (including older versions of our Form ADV) may not be fully accessible. Screen-reader friendly versions are available upon request.
Interactive chart components in the client portal provide data tables as an accessible alternative.
